Technology Upgrades Coming August 2, 2021: Brand New Online Banking and Mobile Banking App

  • New Mobile App: Search for Dubois Pike FCU or DPFCU in app stores
  • Online Banking: Login from
  • Remote Deposit: Deposit checks with your phone!
  • Account Alerts
  • Remote Control Debit Card: Turn Your Debit Card on and off
  • Manage Loans: Apply for & manage loans in our mobile app!

Some electronic services may be available with limited access during the conversion weekend: We will be closed Saturday, July 31, 2021, and will reopen on Monday, August 2, 2021, at 8:30 am. Transactions related to your account and debit card will be limited during that time – so plan ahead.

Reminder: Paper statements will be mailed for all members for June 2021 and July 2021. Please keep these, as no transaction history will be available in the new online banking system after the core conversion. New history will begin to build starting Aug. 2nd.

What WILL CHANGE After the System Upgrade?

  • Online Banking will have a new look and new functionality.
  • Online Banking Access: Using the following directions, you will log in the first time from using the PRIMARY Account holder information.
    • Username: Your member account number
    • Password: Last 4 digits of your SSN + first two letters of your last name in CAPS
    • Example : Jane Doe’s password would be: ####DO
    • Example: John Smith’s password would be: ####SM
    • Once you log in, you will be prompted to create a new username and password.
  • Mobile App: You will need to log in from the first time before using the mobile app. You will need to install our new version of the mobile app, available in app stores on August 2, 2021.
  • Bank Statements: All new bank statements will be available in the new online banking tool. Statements prior to that date can either be (1) downloaded from the old banking tool until Dec 31, 2021 or (2) requested in branch from our archive files.

What is NOT CHANGING After the System Upgrade?

  • Online Banking will still be accessible at
  • Your Account Number(s) will stay the same
  • Our Routing number will remain the same: 283977905
  • ATM, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards will not change. Your PIN will stay the same.
  • Pre-authorized payments and direct deposits will remain in place.
  • Bill Pay information will be transferred automatically and not have to be re-entered.
