FRAUD ALERT: Members have reported that there have been phone calls impersonating the credit union with Dubois Pike Federal Credit Union showing up on the caller ID. Remember: Fraudsters can make any number come on your caller ID to trick you.
If you receive any call asking for your account information or card information – HANG UP. This is most likely an impostor with an intent to obtain your personal identification and account information to steal your identity and/or money.
